The NAM2019 Welcome desk will be open for badge collection from 15:00 on Sunday 30th June. It will remain open, during working hours, for the remainder of the conference. On Sunday, the desk will be located in the LICA Building Foyer. On the following days, it will be located in Farady Building Foyer.

The NAM2019 Ice-breaker and Welcome Reception will be held at the Lancaster Institute for Contemporary Arts (LICA) on the Lancaster University Campus from 19:00 - 20:30 on Sunday 30th June.

A formal welcome to the conference will be given by the President of the RAS, Prof. Mike Cruise, and the Vice Chancellor of Lancaster University, Prof. Mark E. Smith.
