Code of Conduct
By registering to attend NAM2019, you agree to abide by the NAM Code of Conduct and acknowledge that if you engage in behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, the LOC may take any action they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the conference with no refund.
Reporting harassment
The NAM Code of Conduct includes information on how to report any harassment you experience (witnessed, been informed about, or endured) during NAM2019.
As there is no on-site registration for delegates, there will be an up-to-date list of delegates when registration closes, meaning that if you are concerned about the attendance of a specific person, or potential harassment at NAM2019, you may contact the RAS Diversity Officer This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in confidence to discuss how we can support you during the meeting.
Childcare
Free childcare will be available during the meeting for a limited number of children. The service will be provided by an external crèche company and will be in a location on campus near to the main meeting venues.
Although the booking deadline for the creche has passed, we are still able to offer a flexible, drop-in creche service during the conference for children aged 3 years or older. There is plenty of space available, but ultimately places are limited by the required staff-to-children ratio. Therefore, we recommend that you check availability with us ahead of time if you plan to use this service.

Cancellation Policy
Any registrant that wishes to withdraw from the meeting should contact the local organisers via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Individuals cancelling prior to, or on, the 20th May will receive a full refund on bookings made through the online registration system (minus credit card processing fees). Individuals cancelling after 20th May, but before the commencement of the meeting, will receive a 50% refund on bookings made through the online registration system. Individuals cancelling after the commencement of the meeting will not be eligible for a refund. In lieu of cancellation, a registration may also be switched to an alternative delegate (provided the alternative would not have incurred a higher registration fee, e.g. a student registration cannot be transferred to a alternative non-student delegate).
