This session will explore the scientific opportunities that will be opened up when LSST begins commissioning in 2019 and full science operations in 2022. We invite the community to discuss their scientific goals for LSST, and how they can be achieved using data from the main data releases and from their own new analyses. All members of the UK astronomical community from any science area are encouraged to submit abstracts, whether discussing observational, theoretical, modelling, or pipeline development. For more information about the LSST and the UK’s role, please visit the LSST:UK websites at https://www.lsst.ac.uk/, https://lsst-uk.atlassian.net and https://www.lsst.org/.
